When you call to schedule your appointment, make sure to leave a valid email address so that we may communicate with you about your appointment. Approximately two days before your visit, you will receive an email from MyWomanCare. Please take the time to click on the email and complete your health history and other important information. You may also download the application (app) for easier access.
If you are unable to complete this information through email or the app, please arrive 15 minutes earlier than your appointment time so that you will have time to complete it in the office.
You will receive an email when you arrive at your appointment with information about signing up for our patient portal. Our patient portal is a great tool that allows you to stay fully informed about your visits. With the patient portal you are able to receive copies of your lab results, communicate with our staff and providers, pay your bill online, and more. If you need help signing up, please don't hesitate to check with our front desk staff.
